1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Duple IT Solutions, the owner and operator of the Reelage platform. By accessing or using Reelage's app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Users under the age of 18 must use the platform under parental or guardian supervision, where required by law.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• You are solely responsible for your account credentials.
• Duple IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain rights to your uploaded content.
• By uploading content, you grant Reelage a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, display, and promote the content globally.

6. Platform Ownership

All logos, trademarks, design elements, databases, source code, and proprietary technology are owned by Duple IT Solutions.

7. Events and Competitions

• Event eligibility, rules, timelines, and reward criteria are disclosed transparently.
• Reelage reserves the right to modify event details at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The platform is provided "as is" with no warranties.
• Duple IT Solutions is not liable for damages, data loss, or errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for:

• Legal violations
• Repeated reports
• Abuse or fraudulent activity

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for all disputes lies with the courts of Mohali, Punjab.

11. Global Applicability
